Do I need to make a reservation?
Not at all! We always have beach equipment available for our members. We don’t operate on a reservation system.
Who can use the membership?
The membership may be used by either of the two people authorized on the card. As long as at least one of them is present, service will be provided without any issues.
What is included with my membership?
Membership provides daily access to two complimentary lounge chairs and one umbrella at any Esteban’s Place location. Your membership covers two registered individuals, allowing you and a guest to comfortably enjoy your visits.
Do members receive discounts on watersport activities?
Yes, members receive an exclusive 20% discount on watersport rentals, including kayaks, paddleboards, banana boats, and jet skis. Reservations for these activities should be made in advance via email at [email protected].
What are the operating hours?
Esteban’s Place locations operate from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the winter season and from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM during the summer season. Please note that these hours are subject to change due to weather conditions.
How long is my membership valid for?
Your membership remains active for one year from your initial purchase date and renews automatically each year. You may cancel the renewal by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.
Can I pay my membership monthly?
Yes, we offer both an annual payment option of $790 and a convenient monthly installment plan of $79 per month for 12 months.
Is it possible to cancel my membership early or receive a refund?
Membership fees are non-refundable, and early cancellation or termination is not permitted. This policy helps maintain excellent service and consistent availability for all members.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
Membership privileges are exclusive to the two individuals registered at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred or shared. However, you may invite guests who accompany you during your visits.
Are there any penalties or additional charges I should be aware of?
Membership privileges are limited to one location per day. If a membership is used at more than one location in a single day, a $100 penalty will be automatically applied.
What should I do if my payment information changes or expires?
Please promptly update your payment information if your card expires or becomes invalid to ensure uninterrupted membership service.
Are refunds or extensions available if beaches close due to weather or unforeseen events?
No refunds or membership extensions are provided due to events beyond our control, such as beach closures or adverse weather conditions.
Are guests required to show identification?
Yes, guests must present valid identification and must always be accompanied by one of the registered members.
