MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT & RULES AND REGULATIONS
By confirming and completing your membership purchase, you ("Member") agree and consent to the following:
Membership Terms: The membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of initial payment and will automatically renew annually unless canceled in writing 30 days prior to the renewal date. Membership fees paid are strictly non-refundable. No early termination is allowed. Payment methods: Paid in full ($790/year) or Monthly ($79/month, 12 months).
Automatic Renewal Clause: Monthly Memberships: Members paying monthly authorize Esteban’s Place Beach Management, INC to automatically charge the authorized credit/debit card every month. After the completion of the initial 12-month term, the monthly billing will continue automatically unless written cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the end of the annual term. Annual Memberships: Annual memberships will automatically renew every 12 months from the initial payment date unless canceled in writing with at least 30 days’ notice prior to the renewal date.
Membership Includes: Daily access to two (2) complimentary lounge chairs and one (1) umbrella at any Esteban’s Place location. Each membership allows access for up to two (2) registered individuals. The primary member may submit the full name, phone number, and email of one (1) additional person to be added to the membership. Only those two individuals are authorized to use the membership benefits.
Additional Member Benefits: 20% Discount on Watersports: Members are entitled to a 20% discount on watersport activities, including kayak, paddleboard, banana boat, and jet ski rentals. This benefit is subject to availability, and reservations must be made in advance by emailing: [email protected]
Conditions and Restrictions: Guest must always be presented with valid ID upon arrival. The membership is not transferable under any circumstances. Use is limited to one (1) location per day. Violation will incur a $100 penalty charged automatically. Guests must always be accompanied by a registered Member. Operational hours: Winter Season: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; Summer Season: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, subject to weather.
Payment Authorization: Members paying monthly authorize Esteban’s Place Beach Management, INC to charge the provided credit/debit card monthly until annual payment obligations are met. Members must update their card information immediately upon expiry or if it becomes invalid.
Liability and Risk Acknowledgment: Members explicitly acknowledge all risks associated with visiting Esteban’s Place Beach locations. Esteban’s Place Beach Management, INC assumes no liability for personal property losses, damages, theft, or personal injuries incurred by Members or guests. Members agree to hold Esteban’s Place Beach Management, INC harmless from any legal action, claims, or damages arising from the use of membership services or facilities.
Force Majeure Policy: No refunds or extensions will be issued due to beach closures or events outside of Esteban’s Place Beach Management, INC’s reasonable control.
Acknowledgment of Agreement: By proceeding with the membership payment, Member confirms having read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to be bound by this Membership Agreement, its Rules and Regulations, and all terms herein stated.
